1. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  
2. **Return Process**: 
   - Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
   - Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  
3. **Return Shipping**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. **Refunds**: 
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.
   - If approved, your Exchange will be processed.

5. **Exchanges**: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
